Cleaning up entries in the Compliance Monitor that refer to deleted business objects

Open an entry in the Compliance Monitor. If you receive a message that the business object is not (yet) in the database, has been archived or deleted, then you must clean up the monitor entry.

Proceed as follows:

1. Run the report “/AEB/CMP_CHECK_BOS_ARCHIVED”.
   • Entries for deleted business objects are set to the “Deleted” status and are no longer displayed in the standard filtering.
2. Run the job “/AEB/01_BO_DELETION_JOB”.
   • Entries in the “Deleted” status are permanently deleted.
