Which SAP® users (dialog or batch users) trigger the most checks?

In the non-match logs you can see which SAP users triggered the respective check.

Proceed as follows:

1. Open the Trade Compliance Management desktop.
2. Go to Compliance Screening − Logs.
3. Select the Non-matches – Search in files
   • This screen displays the contents of the non-match logs, which are stored in a directory and not individually in the database.
     For the search, limit the search date.
4. If required, click on the or icon to display the Users column.
5. Fill in the SAP user exclusion list with those SAP users who perform mass data changes to the SAP business objects.

Distinguish these SAP users from those who trigger a check by saving a single business object or who are stored as job step users of the batch checks. For details, see the Installation and Configuration Guide: Configuring jobs.
