Managing the product master in EMCS Filing

• The product master is needed for the EMCS Submission module.

The Product master master data entry is where you manage the materials or products that you need regularly. When adding items to your movements, you can select entries from the product master and copy them to the movement.

Proceed as follows:

1. From the Office, click on Master data − Product master EMCS.
2. Click the New button.
3. On the Products sheet, fill in the fields whose content remains the same in all your movements. Fields whose content is variable should be left blank.
4. In the case of wine products, for example, you can go to the Wine product sheet and fill in the data that is always the same for this product.
