How to check if there is a workaround to a known error in CDS

In order to support customers in their interactions with the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) HMRC has created a consolidated workaround document showing all known workarounds in a single file.

If you are receiving errors when submitting a customs declaration or customs clearance request, check the HMRC website for the latest issues and workarounds available.

HMRC update the document each month and you can register for emails to inform you when HMRC update the document by selecting the 'Get emails about this page' option.
