When a messaging route is selected in a declaration, the company specified as the declarant needs to be configured to use that route. This information is shown in the participant settings.
To check which participant settings have been configured for a company, follow the instructions below:
- From the Office menu, under Administration, select the relevant Customs settings you want to check (i.e. CDS UK).
- The route that is configured will be shown in the Customs system column, and the company for which the settings relate, is shown in the Settings for column.
