If the assistant is showing a message that the declarant company is not configured as a participant when trying to submit a declaration, the messaging route may be incorrect for the selected declarant.
Ensure that the messaging route is configured for the specified declarant.
- Select the declaration and click Open.
- Check that the messaging route is correct and that it is configured for the declarant that has been selected.
