HMRC issue Exports Declarant Guidance for using CDS

HMRC have issued consolidated guidance on best practice for submitting and managing export declarations on the Customs Declaration Service (CDS). This guidance should be used in conjunction with other existing CDS Export guidance products as listed in the document.
