How do I add a new item to an export declaration?

To add a new item to an export declaration, open the Items tab and from the List of items section, click New (to create a blank item) or New from template (to create an item with some fields pre-populated). 

A new item screen will be displayed.

• Mandatory items are highlighted, and the assistant can guide you through these in order of completion.
• Blank items with no arrows or pencil icon, are free type text fields.
• Fields with an arrow are look up fields and will search master data records. The value can be selected or typed in.
• Fields with a search icon (magnifying glass) allow you to search for the required entry. Not all possibilities may be listed so you can also type into this box.
• Item data consists of two tabs. The Details tab holds all of the documentation and licence information that may be required.

Click the Close button to return to the items list. Further items can be added using the same method.
