- Administrating users requires for you to have administration rights. You must be logged in as I_CLIENTADMIN.
- Proceed as follows to add/create new users
- Proceed as follows to edit users

Proceed as follows to add/create new users:
- Go to User administration and select Users.
- Click the New button.
- On the Users sheet fill in the following basic data:
- User (refers to the username the user will need to provide when logging in)
- Password
- Password validity (by default “change password immediately” is selected)
- E-mail address
- You might furthermore assign user roles in the Roles sheet. By default, the user gets the roles I_EVERYONE or I_ ANONYMOUS.
Proceed as follows to edit users:
- Go to User administration and select Users.
- Select the user you want to reactivate in the user list.
- Click the Open button. Use the sheets available to define user settings:
- User (basic data including password information)
- Roles (add and remove roles)
- Display settings (notification language, format settings and Service Agent information)
Proceed as follows to reactivate blocked users:
If a user enters a wrong password too many times in a row, this user gets automatically blocked by the system for security reasons and the message “too many login failures” will be attached to their user profile. If you want to reactivate their user account, proceed as follows:
- Go to User administration and select Users.
- Select the user you want to reactivate in the user list.
- Click the Open button and deselect the checkbox Blocked.
Proceed as follows to remove or deactivate users:
You might prefer to deactivate users that are temporarily not using the system, whereas deleting users might employ when the user will no longer need access to the system.
- Go to User administration and select Users.
- Select the user you want to remove or deactivate in the user list.
- Choose one of the following options according to your needs:
- For deactivating the user, click the Open button and select the checkbox Blocked.
- For deleting the user, click the Delete button and confirm that you want to delete this user.
