If you are changing your company name, address, or contact details, the following steps should be taken. Steps to be taken for email address changes are also advised below.
In your AEB Application
- Change the company address in your Master data, or create a new company with the new company name, address and EORI number.
- If your EORI number is changing, you will need to re-run the grant authority process.
- Update authorizations.
- Update templates as necessary by re-selecting the company name / address details where applicable, and/or the email address of the person in charge.
- Update any changes to user details via User administration.
- Update Persons records in Master data.
- Update user E-mail notifications
- Update configuration of notification messages via Master data > Notification config.
- If you have any data subscriptions configured (for data extracts) update any notification email addresses as necessary.
Billing information
If your billing address or contact person has changed, or you need to provide a new email address for electronic delivery of invoices, you can submit this via the online form for invoices and orders, by contacting your account manager, or by sending an email to customercare@aeb.com.
Customs
You should check with Customs regarding any change of company details that you need to provide to them.
- For example: In the UK, details may need to be updated against your EORI number: https://www.gov.uk/eori/change-or-cancel-EORI-number
Community System Providers
If you have a badge with a CSP, you should check with them regarding any information you need to supply regarding a change to your company or contact details.
