What happens when the AEB account is introduced for existing customers?

AEB supports existing customers with the introduction of the AEB account. We will contact you as soon as you can activate the AEB account for yourself.

Please be patient if you have not yet received any information.

This happens during the introduction of the AEB account

1. We will contact you as soon as your AEB account is ready for you.
2. After logging in to the AEB product, you can activate the AEB account either immediately or within the next four weeks.
3. For activation, provide your information, confirm your email address, and set a password.
   • For security reasons, enter a personal email address that only you have access to (e.g. name@company.com). Do not use a shared mailbox.
     Why are AEB accounts based on a personal email address?
4. Log in with your newly assigned credentials at the AEB Home. This is the central hub where you’ll find everything you need for working with your AEB products and services.

• From now on you have one login to access the entire AEB world. This means you don't need to store different URLs for your AEB products and services.
