From 1 September 2025, certain codes in the transport documents table for transit declarations are no longer valid, but are instead valid in the supporting documents table.
This change has been made by the European Commission, throughout the European Union, to align the Transport Document codes of transit declarations with the ICS declaration ones.
- Therefore, from 1 September 2025, the following codes must be entered in the supporting document group (Produced documents) and not in the Transport document group, as was the case until that date.
- N235 Container list
- N271 Packing list
- N785 Cargo manifest
- N787 Bordereau (cargo load list)
- N952 TIR carnet
- N955 ATA carnet
The updated tables, sent from the European Commission system, are now active in the production and test environments of Customs Management and Import Filing: ATLAS.
If you have created any templates that contain the mentioned codes in the Type field of the Transport documents section, you will need to remove them and replace them with entries in the Produced documents section as necessary.
