In Import Filing: ATLAS, your declarations are billed within fixed package rates and you receive a detailed invoice on a monthly basis. This invoice shows the annual volume included and the quantities already used. Information on how to check your invoice is shown below.
On the invoice
Your bill is divided into two parts. The first part contains information about your tariff with a monthly base fee: Starter, Basic, Business or Enterprise. It specifies the total number of annual transactions included in the tariff and the billing period for the current invoice. The second part lists the following details, broken down into transactions:
- The amount covered by your package flat rate for the entire year of use.
- The number of transactions within the billed month.
- If this amount exceeds the transactions included in the package flat rate, any additional transactions will be charged at an extra cost.
- In some cases, an application flat rate is charged, e.g. if the average number of items per transaction is greater than 10, or if additional services have been ordered. This is shown separately.
If you receive an invoice with a number beginning with INV_, you will receive the statement in the new layout. Watch the following video (in German) to learn more about invoice layout:

In the application
Quickly and easily check the number of your monthly customs declarations in the Settlement option of the Import menu.
You can use the filter fields to define time periods and specify individual procedure types (EORI numbers, reference numbers or registration numbers). The overview then lists the invoiced transactions and the items they contain. If, for example, a customs error message results in an additional registration number being assigned to a transaction, this number will be listed twice in the overview. You can also filter by month or quarter using the drop-down menu.
If you have further questions about your invoice, please submit them using the AEB contact form.
