In Import Filing: ATLAS, you can extract data from your customs declarations and summary declarations. AEB offers preconfigured data extracts for this purpose.
Customs Declaration Data
In the Customs declarations overview, you have the option of creating ad hoc data extracts. First, use the filter fields to narrow down the results by selecting the required time period e.g. the entry date or the declaration month. Once you have filtered the transactions, use the Extract data option in the Customs declaration menu. Alternatively, you can also generate an overview of your duties for individual customs declarations via the EZA duty statistics option from the same menu.
In the new window, select which transactions should be included in the data extract – the selected ones or all of those displayed. You will then be given a choice of four AEB standard data extracts (AEB_STD) for individual customs declarations or customs declarations using the simplified procedure:
Please note: Additional data extracts are displayed for technical reasons only and cannot be used for your reporting.
Summary Declarations
Within the Summary declarations overview, you will find the predefined data extracts for custody warehouses. First specify the required time period in the filter fields and then select Extract data from the Summary declaration menu. You have the following options:
- Custody warehouse data (with cust. decl. items)
- Custody warehouse data
- Custody warehouse data (NCTS (ATLAS 10.1))
All files can be downloaded in .csv format and then opened for review, e.g. in an Excel spreadsheet.
