If you use Compliance Screening as an on-premises installation in your own data center, and have licensed the Reguvis lists, adjustments will be required from July 2025.
The data provider Reguvis offers its data in list packages, which previously comprised the three packages BANZEU, BANZUS, and BANZDIV. As part of an expansion of the list structure, a further list package, called BANZAL, was introduced. This package contains additional lists as well as a list that was previously included in the BANZDIV package. If you would like to screen against this list package in your software, you will find instructions on how to integrate it here.
Due to this restructuring and adaptation of the packages, it will be necessary for you to enable the list package in your client. You can do this in just two steps under Administration > Compliance.
- The I_COMPLIANCEADMIN or I_ADMIN role is a prerequisite for viewing and editing profiles.
-
Adding the “BANZAL” list in the client-specific settings
Open your client and switch to the Restricted party lists sheet.
- If the option to Make all restricted party lists in this installation available in the profiles of this client is enabled, skip directly to step 2 of this instruction.
- If the option to Make available only the following restricted party lists in the profiles of this client is enabled, first add BANZAL to the list.
-
Adding the “BANZAL” list in the profile (Administration > Compliance > Profiles)
Open the relevant profile and add the BANZAL list on the Screening lists tab.
Further information on settings in the check profile can be found here: Basic Settings of a Compliance Screening Profile
- Please note that the UEL (CN: Unreliable Entity List – MOFCOM) has been moved from the BANZDIV package to the new BANZAL package as part of this restructuring. If you still want to screen against the UEL, include the BANZAL package in your check profile. If you have already created Good Guys for entries on the UEL, this restructuring can trigger Good Guy alarms.
AEB Cloud
If your system is already in the AEB data center, all updates are installed automatically, which means that you do not need to do anything.
If you are interested in moving to the AEB Cloud, please contact your AEB representative or contact the transformation team.
