You run Compliance Screening as an on-premise installation on your own server and use the Reguvis restricted party lists (BANZDIV, BANZUS, BANZEU).
Adaptations have been made to both the Reguvis data import batches as well as the file generation batch for the sanctions lists. In the future, this will ensure that the data from Reguvis is always updated in your system on a daily basis.
Check in your system whether adaptations are necessary for this.
- To do this, admin access with the role I_Admin is required.
Go to Administration – Background calls – Batches. In the overview, filter by the "Import data service files" batch type. Open the Import restricted party lists (AEB + BANZ) batch.
- If the next start takes place as from 02:00 a.m., you do not need to make any adaptations. If the next start takes place before 02:00 a.m., perform the following steps:
In the Batch sheet, open the Repetition pattern in the Schedule field group.
Modify the pattern using the following guidelines:
- Make sure that the start time is no earlier than 02:00 a.m. This is the only way to ensure that the data is updated daily in your systems.
Save your entries and then restart the batch scheduler when prompted:
As of the following day, the latest versions of all restricted party lists from Reguvis will always be available in your system.
