Enabling and using statistics in Trade Compliance Management

In Compliance Screening you have the possibility to view statistics. If you use the application in the data center, this function is already enabled. If you operate your Compliance Engine yourself, read here how to enable the feature. The manual is also available for download in English. Use evaluations at the push of a button now.

Compliance Screening at the AEB data center

If you operate your Trade Compliance Management solution in the AEB data center, this function is already enabled. Go to Compliance Screening – Statistics – Key figures to open graphical overviews and use filter criteria to define the relevant period as required.

You will receive the result in a graphical representation that shows you the screened addresses, address matches, and non-matches. In the detailed view, the similarity thresholds for address matches are broken down, as well as the Good Guy checks. You will then receive an overview of the address matches you have processed and the Good Guy alarms.

If you want to receive an overview of this evaluation as a table, select Statistical overview. The results in the table can then be exported and saved as XML or CSV files after you have defined the relevant period.

Activate statistics if you operate your own Compliance Engine

If no statistics are available to you so far because you operate your Compliance Engine yourself, you can activate them.

Proceed as follows:

1. Prerequisite: You must have the I_ADMIN role for cross-client administration and are logged on to a client.
2. Go to Administration – Compliance – Settings (for all clients) – Statistics sheet.
3. Follow the instructions for setup.
4. Click the Create batch button. With this, you create a batch that consolidates your statistical data.
5. Enable the batch [Consolidate statistical data] and save the change with Save & close.
   Note: Adopt the repetition pattern with a cycle of five seconds, otherwise performance may be reduced.
   
6. Now activate data collection.
   
7. Finally, click OK in the new window to confirm activation of data collection.
8. Click Save & close to apply the settings.
9. Confirm the prompt informing you of the necessity to restart the batch scheduler with OK.
   
   If you log in to Trade Compliance Management again, the statistics as from the time of activation will be displayed.
