Viewing data service histories

The data service histories include notes on the changes made to your master data through the AEB data service.

If you have configured an email distribution list for the Export control master data log type, you can have changes to the data service automatically sent to you by e-mail.

Detailed information about configuring an distribution list can be found in the Installation and Configuration manual, available upon request from your AEB representative.

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to Master data − Compliance − Data service histories.
   • The Data service histories overview opens.
2. In the area above the overview, enter the desired filter criteria, then click Search.
   • The search results are displayed.
3. Select and entry and click Open.

• The data service history is displayed. Here you can see the details about the change.
