Configuring e-mail settings for file checks

You can define recipients in the following areas:

• Header of the imported file
• Open file check, Check settings, E-mail notification field
• Check export controls data batch type, Configurations sheet, open configuration, Basic data field group, E-mail notification field The e-mail address defined here is added to the automatically generated file checks.

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to the desired area in this list.
2. Define the recipients to whom you wish to have e-mails sent with the results of file checks.

• Furthermore, a compliance administrator (I_COMPLIANCEADMIN role) can enter the email addresses of those who should receive detailed results of file checks in the email distribution list for logs.
