You can define recipients in the following areas:
- Header of the imported file
- Open file check, Check settings, E-mail notification field
- Compliance profile: Administration − Compliance − Profiles − open profile − Export Controls general sheet − File check field group − E-mail notification field The e-mail address defined here is added to the manually created file checks.
- Compliance settings: Administration – Compliance – Settings (client-specific) − Export Controls sheet − Configurations for EC file checks via batch − open configuration − Basic data field group − E-mail notification field. The e-mail address defined here is added to the automatically generated file checks.
How to configure your e-mail settings:
- Go to the desired area in this list.
- Define the recipients to whom you wish to have e-mails sent with the results of file checks.
- Furthermore, a compliance administrator (I_COMPLIANCEADMIN role) can enter the email addresses of those who should receive detailed results of file checks in the email distribution list for logs.
