Notes
- AEO authorization: You have the option of maintaining the AEO authorization number and issue date via Master data > Companies > ATLAS tab > Authorised Economic operator (AEO) section. This authorization, however, is neither transmitted to customs nor visible on the EAD.
-
Temporary storage: If you have not yet received an authorization number, you can leave the corresponding field blank at the item level of the Summary declaration. This will automatically transfer the 'WITHOUT' indicator to customs. Following a customs notification, you may also transmit the 'WITHOUT' flag to customs in these cases:
- If, at the latest when the goods are presented, their customs status as Union goods is established in accordance with Articles 153 to 156 UCC (Art. 145 para. 9 UCC).
- If a customs declaration has been submitted, at the latest by the time the goods are presented (Art. 192 UCC-IA).
- If, in justified cases, goods are temporarily stored in places designated or approved by the customs authorities in accordance with Art. 115 para. 2 UCC-DA).
