You can create data extracts for specific transactions in Customs Management to generate your own statistics. To do this, you must first define in “data extract definitions” from which object on which extraction level which fields are to be extracted in which format.
In addition, you have the option to subscribe to data extracts, e.g. to automatically receive specific data of all desired customs declarations on a monthly basis.
The procedure is explained below using the example of export declarations (XX), where XX stands for the country code of the country.
Proceed as follows to extract data from your export declarations, for example:
- At least one data extract definition for export declarations must be stored in your application, see Maintaining data extract definitions
- You must have the role that is stored with the selected data extract definition
- In the Office, go to Customs – Country – Export declarations (XX).
- Select the export declarations for which you want to extract data or set a corresponding filter.
- In the menu bar, click Export declaration and select Extract data.
- In the Data extraction window, enter the appropriate information and click the Create file... button.
- When the file has been created, select the Download... button.
- The file will now be downloaded and you can save it at the desired location.
- If you would like to set up data subscriptions to subscribe to specific data extracts, see section Creating data subscriptions.
