Getting started as a tenant admin
- Begin by logging in with your personal AEB account at the AEB Home. There you can go to Access management.
- You have the possibility of assigning yourself access rights to your AEB product and test system in your AEB account (How do I assign system access?).
- The I_CLIENTADMIN role gives you the broadest possible access rights. (What roles are available?)
- Under access management, create additional accounts with the appropriate roles for people in your company. (How do I create accounts under access management?)
- Help the people for whom you create an AEB account get started in the world of AEB products and services. Write a message something like this:
The AEB Help Center provides information on how to get started with your AEB product and everything you need to know about using the AEB account and other services.

- Before you need someone to fill in for you during an absence, be sure to assign the tenant admin role to at least one other person at your company. Only another tenant admin from your company can view the tenant-related information and manage existing accounts. (How do I create an additional tenant admin?)
- If you are away from work and no one can fill in for you, it may be necessary to restart the tenant verification process in order to grant someone else from your company an AEB account with tenant admin rights. This simple step helps avoid that complex process.
As a tenant admin, you are the primary contact if any of the users in your company needs help with their AEB account.
