Login for web application
If you use the web applications Export Filing: ATLAS, Export Filing: ATLAS, Import Filing: ATLAS, EMCS Filing, Carrier Connect, or Trade Compliance Management in AEB's data center, your company is responsible for managing logins. You should therefore contact the person responsible for managing logins in your company to request another login.
- No one in your company has yet taken over access management? Submit a request to support to specify at least one responsible person. (How can I appoint an admin?)
AEB account
The AEB account for users is set up by the assigned tenant admin. (I am a tenant admin. How do I create an AEB account for other people in my company?)
If you would like to set up an AEB account solely to use the AEB Community or the Help Center, you can create an AEB account yourself on the respective website.
- If you create an AEB account for yourself, it is not assigned to a tenant. This means that you cannot log in to your AEB products using your AEB account, nor can you access them directly via your AEB Home.
Login for ASSIST4
If you use web applications via ASSIST4, please request a new login from our support team.
- Open the request form.
- Enter the following data:
- The login name of your choice
- An existing reference user for authorizations
- Whether Citrix access is required
Is it really about an ASSIST4 login or is it about access via Citrix? Depending on your system environment access administration may vary.
Access to Citrix
In some system environments, you use Citrix to log in to your web application. In this case, please ask our support team to create a new login.
- Open the request form.
- Enter the login name of your choice.
Access to the Help Center or the Community
If you would like access to the Help Center or the Community, you can create an AEB account yourself and log in with it.
- Go to the website of the Help Center or the Community.
- Click Sign in.
- Click Create now.
- Fill in the form, then click Create account.
- You will receive an email with the subject “Confirm email address” from “noreply@aeb.com”. The email includes a link to confirm your email address. The link will remain valid for 15 minutes. (Link expired or not received?)
- Click on the link in the email and confirm your email address.
- If you have created an AEB account for yourself, you have access to all community areas and can comment on the posts in the Help Center or subscribe to sections of it.
- The AEB account also gives you access to the Service Portal and your support requests.
- If you create an AEB account for yourself, it is not assigned to a tenant. This means that you cannot log in to your AEB products using your AEB account, nor can you access them directly via your AEB Home.
Access to the Service Portal
If you would like to download service packs or guides for ASSIST4 applications in the Service Portal, you can log in with your AEB account. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one yourself directly in the Service Portal.
- Open the Service Portal.
- Click Log in.
- Click Create now under Log in with AEB account.
- Fill out the contact form.

Do you need a different login? Then describe as precisely as possible in the request form what kind of login is to be created for you.
