You can maintain the personal data of your account yourself and change your password if necessary.
Changing personal data
Change password
- Open the AEB menu via the icon with your initials at the top right and select My account.
- Go to Security and then Change password.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. It remains valid for one day.
Link expired or not received?
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. It remains valid for one day.
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter a new password, re-enter to confirm, then click Save password.
- You can now log in with the new password.
Editing your first and last name
- Open the AEB menu via the icon with your initials at the top right and select My account.
- Select Personal data and then Edit.
- Change your first name or last name in the relevant field.
- Select Save.
- The change is saved and will be visible to you everywhere after your next login.
Edit email address
- Open the AEB menu via the icon with your initials at the top right and select My account.
- Select Personal data and then Edit.
- Modify your email address.
- Select Save.
- The change is saved and will be visible to you everywhere after your next login.
- As a tenant admin, you can change data for another person under Access management.
