Assigning shipping orders to pickups manually

If you are not using automatic pickup assignment, then you select shipping orders manually to assign them to a pickup.

• For more information on how to configure automatic pickup assignments, have a look in the Mutli Carrier Management User Guide, section: Configuring pickup detection. Therefore you have to login to the Documentation & Download area and go to the Documentation Center.

1. Go to Package processing – Shipping orders to open the shipping order overview, then select the desired shipping orders.
2. From the Shipping order menu at the top, select Create pickup.

• When a shipping order has been assigned to a pickup, the shipping order status changes to “Assigned.”
