If you are not using automatic pickup assignment, then you select shipping orders manually to assign them to a pickup.
- For more information on how to configure automatic pickup assignments, see: Configuring or generating pickups.
Proceed as follows:
- Go to Package processing – Shipping orders to open the shipping order overview, then select the desired shipping orders.
- From the Shipping order menu at the top, select Create pickup.
- When a shipping order has been assigned to a pickup, the shipping order status changes to “Assigned.”
