Creating an export license application

If you are also using License Management with License Management DE jurisdiction (formerly “Export Licenses DE”), you can generate an export license application from within an existing log entry.

Proceed as follows:

• You must have licensed License Management with License Management DE jurisdiction (formerly “Export Licenses DE”).
1. Go to Export Controls – Check transactions and open the relevant check transaction.
2. If the check transaction contains more than one item from which you do not want to apply all items, select the desired items.
3. Select the Create an ELAN-K2 transaction button.
   • If the check transaction contains more than one item, you will be asked whether you want to apply all or the selected items.
   • This opens a window in which you can select the desired transaction, such as Application for an export/movement license, NLR notification.
