Maintaining (embargo) areas

The Areas master data is used to store embargo areas such as Crimea for which your addresses can be checked. You can define these embargo areas by specifying the country, postal code zones, and/or city names.

Proceed as follows:

• You have (at least) one of the roles I_COMPLIANCEADMIN, I_EC_DATA_ADMINISTRATION, or I_LM_DATA_ADMINISTRATION.
1. Go to Master data − Compliance − Areas.
2. Enter the desired embargo areas.
3. Go to Administration – Compliance – Profiles, then open the active compliance profile.
4. Switch to the Screening lists sheet and add all the required embargo areas in the Embargo areas field group.
