Exporting a Good Guy list from a client

You can share a Good Guy list with other clients (or copy it to another installation) by exporting it, then importing it under another client.

Proceed as follows to export a Good Guy list:

• You must have either the I_ADMIN or the I_GOODGUYDEF role.
  The I_ADMIN role is available only with on-premises installations.
1. Select Compliance Screening – Good Guy lists.
2. Select the Good Guy list, then go to the Export-Import menu and select the Export Good Guy lists command.
3. Decide whether you want to include document attachments to Good Guys when exporting.
   • The Good Guy list is downloaded as a file.
4. Save the file to a location of your choice.
