How to ship your FedEx shipments with Carrier Connect in compliance with ICS2
With Carrier Connect, you can ensure that your FedEx shipments will be ICS2-compliant as of March 1, 2023, when you enter the following information for the affected shipping orders or submit them via the API from your host system: Commodity code, description of goods, and consignee EORI number.

- In coordination with FedEx, the above fields are not requested as mandatory fields in Carrier Connect, as FedEx will transport your consignments even without this information. However, in this case, you should expect delivery delays and operational issues.
