TNT becomes FedEx Express
You probably already know it: TNT and FedEx Express are becoming one company.
FedEx has now expanded its product and service portfolio so that you can continue using the same or comparable offering after migrating from TNT. The new FedEx services are already available in Carrier Connect. This lays the foundation for you to migrate your TNT connection to FedEx.
Using the new API and going live without approval
During the migration, you also switch to the latest FedEx interface (REST API) and no longer have to manually send approval data to FedEx and request credentials before going live, because AEB is now a FedEx Compatible solution provider. You can easily create your web service access data yourself in Carrier Connect.
However, please wait until FedEx actively contacts you
FedEx will initiate contact to discuss the migration. Then you too can get started.
Self-service migration possible
In most cases, after getting contacted by FedEx, you can carry out the migration yourself. This migration guide will help you get to know all the necessary background information and perform the necessary steps: Migration guide: Carrier Connect – Migration from TNT to FedEx (Europe)
