Analysis Mode: How do I Find More Information About an Address Match?

To find out why an address was matched, use the analysis mode.

• Note: The events in analysis mode are not logged (unless explicitly activated) and do not affect your chargeable transaction count.

You can use analysis mode to analyse a match in more detail, or to determine why a match did not occur. Your specified default profile is used by default for the check in analysis mode.

For an existing match, activate analysis mode after receiving the check result by clicking the Analysis mode button. If opening an entry via match handling, open the match, and create a new check with analysis by selecting the option Check again with analysis from the More actions menu.

As soon as your result is available, you have the option of displaying general analysis data, and also opening the restricted party list entry.

When the analysis is displayed, in addition to the comparison of the address fields, an explanation of the address comparison and information on the formation of the checked name is available.

Select Open when comparing the address fields to obtain information on the weighting of the individual components, and to obtain further explanations on the comparison and the comparison method.
