You can get an overview of which restricted party lists you can use within the application under Restricted party lists. From the Office, open Compliance Screening and then click Restricted party lists:
Here, you will find all the lists available for your company. All restricted party lists for which the box in the Manual column is not checked are kept up to date by AEB's data service.
Finding out when lists were last updated
New restricted party addresses are first published by the legislative authorities. As a rule, they become available in the electronic version a few days later. As soon as the authorities make the electronic versions available, the restricted party lists lists are updated in Compliance Screening with a nightly batch.
In the overview of the restricted party lists, you can see the date of the last list change by the authority in the Date changed column.
A more detailed explanation about the data that can be displayed can be found in the article Changes in the restricted party lists.
Specifying restricted party lists for file or address checks
To generally specify the restricted party lists you want to use in your file or individual address checks, edit your compliance profile. To view or edit this, you need the I_COMPLIANCEADMIN administrator rights in the application.
Are these rights not yet available in your application? If you are responsible for Compliance Screening, you can obtain the rights to manage users and rights by using the following form: Requesting rights for user administration. In the Office, go to Administration – Compliance and select Profiles:
After opening your profile, you will see on the Screening lists sheet the stored restricted party lists that you use for checks. Please note that you can scroll to see more entries.
Click Add or Remove to edit the entries in your profile.
Each time you run a single address or file check with this profile, the business addresses will then be screened against the lists on this sheet. This is displayed to you both in advance in the Check settings and subsequently in the Logs.
- You can configure multiple profiles with different settings. Initially, however, the profile that is set as Default in the profile overview is always used for single address or file checks.
Do you need further lists?
AEB provides the most common restricted party lists for Europe, Asia, and the US. Additional lists from content partners Reguvis and Dow Jones complement the offering. You can decide depending on the jurisdictions that apply to your business.
