A match that is not found, but is expected, can usually be traced back to the settings in the check profile being used. For example the threshold value set, or the selection of restricted party lists. This can be identified in analysis mode.
Activate the analysis mode in the manual address check and re-enter the address that has not produced the expected match. The exact data can be found in the non-match log. Reduce the threshold value in the check settings and run the check with the reduced threshold value. Repeat the procedure and gradually reduce the threshold value until the expected match appears.
- If you cannot change the threshold value, select the Thresh. changeable option in the check profile being used.
Still Not Receiving a Match?
Check whether you have added the required restricted party lists to the check profile being used, and whether you have activated the relevant address types for the check.
