I don't have the SumA in my system, how can I write it off?

You have received the summary declaration (SumA) data from your freight forwarder or customs office and would now like to write this off. However, the SumA is not in Import Filing: ATLAS.

You can also enter this information in the SumA discharge shares tab.

There are 2 types of identification:

• REG - Registration no./item no.
• AWB - Evaluation group

You can create the discharges manually using the New (manually) button.

In most cases, the Type of identification will be the registration number/item number of a summary declaration (REG). You will need the registration number (MRN) as well as the corresponding item number and the number of packages to be written off.

You can also write off from an evaluation group. When Evaluation group is selected as the Type of identification, you will also need to select either "AWB" (IATA compliant airway bill number) or "ULD" (Unit Load Device) in the Type of SpO field.

Using a combination of "REG" (Registration no./item no.) and "AWB" (Evaluation group) is not possible.
