| Error | Text | Possible solution |
| ERR SUMA 60001 | Discharge share: ATB150012340520225678
| The ATD has already been fully written off by customs. Solution: Have you cancelled the customs declaration? If so, no cancellation message will be sent to customs. This means that the ATB will not be released again and will be written off with your first customs declaration. In this case, you can cancel the second customs declaration with the error message and reverse the cancellation of the first customs declaration. Or Your customs declaration was subsequently returned to you by customs. However, the SumA termination portion was not released again by customs. Or Another participant has copied their customs declaration from the ATB (possibly the transport service provider or a typing error when copying manually). Alternatively, please contact your customs office. |
