ATLAS Import does not have a dedicated customs message for "Cancellation Request". Therefore, transactions that you have already submitted to your customs office cannot be cancelled.
Within an open customs declaration, the menu option Cancel last message does not trigger a message to your customs office. The process is only cancelled internally in Import Filing: ATLAS.
As soon as you select this option, a window will appear informing you that the cancellation must be made in consultation with the relevant customs office.
- Please note: If you cancel without consulting customs, this may lead to subsequent errors, e.g. non-release of the written-off SumA items and multiple declarations, possibly resulting in multiple tax assessment notices.
