Viewing key figures and statistical data

Proceed as follows to display the key figures:

• Data collection for statistics is enabled in your system.
1. Select Compliance Screening – Key figures.
2. Enter the desired criteria in the filter and click Update.
   • The key figures regarding the criteria are displayed graphically and in numbers.

Proceed as follows to display the statistical overview:

• Data collection for statistics is enabled in your system.
1. Select Compliance Screening – Statistical overview.
   • The statistical overview opens. It is shown in tabular form.
2. Select the time interval in the Consolidation field at the top. The time interval defines the period after which the data is is to be consolidated, e.g. Monthly.
3. Enter the desired criteria in the filter and click Update.
   • The table shows the available statistical data as per the criteria made in the filter.
4. Exporting data from the table to a file: Select the desired content and choose the menu function Export from the context menu (right mouse button).
   • This opens the List export window. Here you can define details for the data export in CSV format. Afterwards, you can open the CSV file using an application such as MS Excel and continue processing the file.

• If the statistics data was not recorded and posted to the statistics data pool for the whole of the chosen period, a respective message will be displayed in the filter. It is also possible to have additional details regarding this message displayed.
