When you edit your address matches and Good Guy alarms, Compliance Screening prompts you to enter comments. If you always need the same texts here, you can maintain these editing comments in the master data. The following areas of application are distinguished:
- Mark match as ‘Processed’
- Define Good Guy
- Process Good Guy alarm
- Define whitelist entry (only possible for individual restricted party addresses)
Texts that you have maintained for the respective application area are offered to you for selection during match handling for the editing comment when you click on the button. If only one text template is maintained for this application area, it is copied directly to the editing comment.
- Depending on what is set in your client-specific settings, the text is inserted either in the client language or in the language under which you are logged in.
Note that the editing comment will only be included in the logs in the language you use, e.g. for your audits.
Proceed as follows to enter text templates for editing comments:
- You must have at least the I_GOODGUYDEF or the I_COMPLIANCEADMIN role.
- From the Office, click on Master data − Compliance – Text templates editing comments.
- Click the New button.
- Assign a short name in the basic data and enter your editing comments in German and English.
- In the Use cases field group, click New.
- Select the use case and click OK.
