In the Companies master data, you can store companies that you require frequently for the partner roles in your questionnaires. This will save you time and manual effort.
You can adapt Risk Assessment to your own individual needs using further master data. Changes to the master data (e.g. renaming the questionnaire type or changing the country group for the embargo checks) have an immediate effect on the questionnaire templates.
- All users have read-only access to this master data.
To edit the master data, you must have one of the roles listed in the Requirements to edit column.
Master data | Path | Explanation | Requirements to edit |
---|---|---|---|
Companies | Master data − Companies | Companies that you can select as involved companies/persons in the questionnaires. Alternatively, you can enter involved companies/persons manually in the questionnaire. | No special requirements. |
Type of questionnaire value list | Master data − Compliance − Value lists | Types of questionnaire templates. This allows you to distinguish between templates for Human Resources those for customers, for example. | You must have the role of Compliance Administrator and/or Risk Assessment Administrator. |
Partner roles | Master data − Compliance − Partner roles (Risk Assessment) | Partner roles required for the compliance screening, embargo check, and/or to determine the countries for the country-specific questions. For example: Applicant and Hiring company or Consignor and Consignee. Since partner roles in Risk Assessment can also apply to persons, the master data here is separate. This prevents confusion with the partner roles for Export Controls and/or License Management. | You must have the role of Risk Assessment Administrator. |
Country groups | Master data − Compliance − Country groups | Country groups required for the embargo check. | You must have the role of Compliance Administrator, Client Administrator, and/or Risk Assessment Administrator. |
Result status | Master data − Compliance − Result status | Possible result status (such as Stop) that may be generated from the embargo check, restricted party list screening, and/or when the answer to a question is recorded. You can define notes for each result status. These notes are displayed to the users if the result status occurs at one or more points. | You must have the role of Risk Assessment Administrator. |
- Changes to the master data are documented in the logs under Risk Assessment.
