Questions that you have previously defined can be added to the questionnaire template. For each question, you also have the option of defining the status icon and result status assigned when an answer of “Yes” is given.
Proceed as follows:
- The questions must already be entered; see also Defining questions.
- You must first define the necessary result statuses in the master data under Compliance − Result status; see also Master data and settings for Risk Assessment.
- From the Office, select Risk Assessment − Questionnaire templates, then open the questionnaire template.
- Switch to the Standard questions sheet.
- Add the country-neutral questions.
- Add a status icon and result status for each of these questions and define the validity if needed.
- Switch to the Country-specific questions sheet.
- Add the partner roles (or partners) whose countries you wish Risk Assessment to check before selecting the country-specific questions to be included in the questionnaire.
- Add the country-specific questions.
- Add a status icon and result status for each of these questions and define the validity if needed.
- For each question with a response of “Yes” in the questionnaire, the selected status icon and result status is displayed.
