The basic data is the minimum data required for a questionnaire template. Here you can enter general information on the template as well as information for the person filling in the questionnaire. You can also specify whether the embargo check and/or restricted party list screening should be active for questionnaires based on this template.
On the Companies/persons sheet, define which partner roles are mandatory in the questionnaire and whether partners with other partner roles should also be allowed.
Proceed as follows:
- You must have the role of Risk Assessment Administrator.
- You must first define the type of questionnaire in the master data under Compliance − Value lists; see also Master data and settings for Risk Assessment.
- You must first define the necessary partner roles in the master data under Compliance − Partner roles (Risk Assessment); see also Master data and settings for Risk Assessment.
- From the Office, select Risk Assessment − Questionnaire templates, then click New.
- Fill in the basic data of this questionnaire template.
- Enter the information you wish to communicate to the person who will fill in the questionnaire.
- Under Compliance check, decide whether to make the embargo check and/or screening active.
- Switch to the Companies/persons sheet and enter the desired information.
- Users who fill in the questionnaire must enter all the required partner roles that you specify here. They also have the option to fill in other partner roles.
