You cannot select the general license of your choice in the usage report

Cause: The general license is not defined in your company’s master data.

This is required for all general licenses that you need in the usage report, irrespective of whether you created the general license yourself in License Management or AEB provided it for you through the data service.

Proceed as follows:

1. From the Office, select Master data − Companies, then open the company.
2. Switch to the Export partner sheet.
3. Under Registered general licenses, enter the required general licenses.
