Marking ELAN-K2 transactions as complete

Once you have received a decision from BAFA on an ELAN-K2 transaction, you can mark it as Completed to keep a better overview of your pending ELAN-K2 transactions.

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to License Management − ELAN-K2 transactions and open an ELAN-K2 transaction.
2. In the Processing status field, select Completed.
3. Click Save & close to close the ELAN-K2 transaction.

• By default, completed ELAN-K2 transactions are not displayed in the ELAN-K2 transactions overview. If you wish to have them displayed, go to the filter fields and tick the Completed checkbox.
