Mobile Compliance Screening version: Running address checks on a smartphone

On any smartphone, you can manually check a business partner.

• The prerequisite is that your installation is accessible from the Internet and does not work only within your corporate network.
• There are no separate views for tablet devices and for other Trade Compliance Management functions: You will still see an interface that is not optimized for mobile use.

Proceed as follows to run an address check on your smartphone:

1. In your browser, enter the URL and credentials you normally use for Trade Compliance Management.
   
2. From the Office, go to Compliance Screening − Address check.
   => The application recognizes that you have logged in from a smartphone and presents the address check in a mobile view.
3. Enter the data you wish to check and click Check.
   • If you want to use this application frequently, create a bookmark to this URL in your browser on your smartphone.
   • To help you access the address check more quickly on your smartphone, you can define a favorite for the mobile application in Trade Compliance Management once you have launched it on the desktop.

Proceed as follows to define a favorite for the mobile application:

• You must have started Trade Compliance Management in your desktop browser.

1. From the Office, got to Compliance Screening – Address check.
2. Click Check settings and define the check settings you want to use for checks on your smartphone.
3. Click the button (add application to favorites) in the upper right corner. 
   
4. Click the Save settings button. 
5. Specify a description for the favorite (possibly in multiple languages). 
   •  If you check the Autostart box, the address check will start automatically when you open Trade Compliance Management on your smartphone.
     
6. Click OK and return to your desktop ( button).
   => The new favorite is displayed in your Favorites widget.
7. Click .
   => A new tile for this favorite will be created on your desktop.
   You will also see this on your smartphone after your next login.
