Defining conditions

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to License Management − Licenses and open a license.
2. Switch to the Conditions sheet.
3. Enter the desired information.
   • In the Condition field group you have two options for choosing the time of the first e-mail reminder of a condition: Reminder (days) and Reminder (from date).
     The Reminder (days) option requires that you define the export date in the associated approvals. The first reminder is then sent out at the indicated number of days after the export date.
     The Reminder (from date) option lets you choose a fixed date independent of the export date.
4. Maintaining settings for reminder of conditions: Switch to the Monitoring sheet. In the General settings field group, enter the interval (days) and e-mail addresses.
   • Interval (days) indicates the number of days after which periodic reminders are sent out.
