Defining codes for customs documents

You can define document codes for customs declarations in a license and transmit them to the customs office in your electronic customs declarations through a host system such as SAP with the Export Controls plug-in.

Proceed as follows:

1. Go to License Management − Licenses and open a license.
2. Switch to the Customs / Shipping documents sheet.
3. Enter the desired information.
   • In the Code for customs export declarations field group, you can either apply Codes 1 and 2 from the master data by clicking or enter them manually.
